I think it's fairly widely assumed that this is all related to Apple's ATT (App Tracking and Transparency). eg Stratechery has written extensively about it.
Regarding Facebook yes. Another assumption it’s simply a TikTok effect. Becomes more curious with games and streams (at least w/Netflix) are softening as well. My question here is if there’s something else going on. Less about competitive moves, more a shift in human interest.
